This smells so lovely, and honestly... it lifted my mood a bit. Such a nice little pick-me-up!

I gave this sleep stuff a try for a few weeks, but i didn’t see much of a difference. It does smell nice, which I liked, but I was still waking up a bunch during the night. For what it costs, I was hoping for better results. It’s not terrible or anything, just not really worth it for me
